1. Freight charge

We provide best value for shipping, only AUD$7 to anywhere in Australia. We will send the goods via Australia post to Australia customers. Shipments to major cities usually delivered in 1-4 business days. Overseas customers please contact us before making an order to confirm the freight charge.

2. Shipping address

Basically we send the shipment to the delivery address written on the order list.

Shipping address and billing address can be different, but we only follow the shipping address.

We do not follow the shipping address on the Paypal's notification.

3. Australia Post tracking

Please visit "my account" and click the order number in order to check the Australia Post tracking numbers, You trace your goods at:

4. Delivery time

It normally takes 24 hours to prepare your goods(except pre-order items) and additional 1-3 working days by Australia Post for the delivery.

Some items might take longer time than expected when we have no stock. You can find the status of purchasing anytime at "my account". We will email you if any item you purchased is out of stock. Refund for the Out-of-stock/cancelled item will be made after the shipment.
